Born and raised in Canada, Charlene Hart twinkled her toes into dance at the age of 3. She has been dancing for 20 strong years, and her career is only growing more substantial with every year. She has accomplished many dreams in such a short period of time, and continues to thrive for what she wants.

Charlene was enrolled and started her training off at the age of 3, and since then has never taken a year off. She has trained in numerous dance genres, some which have presented themselves to her just recently. A sample of these dance styles include: Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Hip-Hop, Pointe, Musical Interpretation, Contact Improvisation, Partnering, African, Salsa, Ballroom, Latin, and many others. Charlene has had many opportunities to perform for her community at such a young age. Whilst still a teenager she landed gigs such as: Pacific National Exhibition for 2 years, Dancer for artist Teresa Louis , and 2010 Olympic Emblem Revealing Ceremonies. As an adolecent, Charlene was awarded with the title of B.C.'s Provincial Representative for 2 Consecutive years, both resulting in Runner Up in B.C.'s Provincials.

Her love for dance gained her her very first professional job just shy 2 weeks out of High School. Charlene ventured off to work with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines at the young age of 18. She spent 2 years traveling the World with the company, only to move her horizons to another Job. She then Began to work for Holland America Cruise Lines, completing 2 years of contract, and was honoured with the role of Dance Captain. Since then, Charlene has moved to New York City, to train with the best of the best. She is currently breaking through to the Ballroom, and Latin world of dance, but also continues to study hard in her true passion of Lyrical and Contemporary dance. Charlene has had some of the Worlds top training from teachers that are constantly sought after, whom can be found teaching at places like: The Edge, Broadway Dance Centre, Dance Sport, Millennium, Harbour Dance Centre, Alvin Ailey, and so forth.

Charlene has completed all Royal Academy of Dance exams, achieving Honours, as high as Advanced 1. When Charlene is not performing or studying, you can find her (in her home country of Canada,) sharing her knowledge and love for dance, with her Students of Dance In Motion. Charlene loves teaching and sharing her passion just as much as she loves to Dance herself. She feels it is important to pass along everything she has absorbed as that is the world of dance! She has accomplished so much in such a short period of time, and you can be sure to hear her name abundantly more in the approaching future.
